Do I need an account?
No account or login needed. Build your postcard right in your browser, add an address, and pay securely through Stripe.
How much does it cost?
CA$4.99 per postcard, plus CA$0.99 for postage. The premium envelope is free.

Is there an option to add an envelope?
No need to add one! Every order comes with a free premium envelope to keep your message private and help protect your postcard on its journey.
Do I need to buy a stamp?
No. Postage is included in the CA$0.99 shipping fee, and we stamp and mail the postcard for you. Mailing one yourself? Here is what a postcard stamp costs
Are there content guidelines?
Every postcard travels in an envelope to keep your content private. All local laws apply.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in Canada and the US.
Can I send a postcard internationally?
Not yet. We mail postcards to addresses in Canada and the US only.
How quickly are orders printed?
Every postcard is printed and mailed within 24 hours of your order.
How long will my postcard take to arrive?
We print and mail your postcard within 24 hours. After mailing, allow:
- Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days
- US: 7–14 business days
Can I track my order?
We fulfill orders through USPS and Canada Post, so there's no tracking number to follow. You'll get a confirmation email once your postcard is printed and on its way.
Will I know when my card has been delivered?
We don't get delivery confirmation from the carriers, so we can't ping you the moment it arrives. Check in with your recipient once the estimated delivery window has passed.
Payment & privacy
Is entering my credit card details with Mango Postal safe?
Yes. Payments are handled directly by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to make your postcard. We aim to delete them within 30 days after your postcard is mailed, and we never use them for marketing or post them anywhere without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Mango Postal doesn't set any cookies of its own, and we don't use any marketing or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies during payment to keep it secure.
Help
What if my postcard arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail?
We reprint and resend it. Write to us at orders@mangopostal.com with your order details and we will mail a new postcard.
